The aura Transformation - Blackwhelp (triggered by item Orb of the Blackwhelp cannot be removed by right-clicking on it.

The aura has shown as a debuff, since you are silenced to not be able to cast any spell while you are transformed, but as the tooltip says: "Transformed into a helpless Blackwhelp. Cannot attack or cast spells while transformed. Right-Click this icon to remove the effect."
