8 years ago The problem is that the reputation gain depending on your character's level. You'll get the maximum amount of reputation around level 55-60, above and below this range you will get lower amount. You get nothing at level 1. The reputation gain should not scale with your toon's level. Can be reproduced by simply changing your character's level and killing Deadwood furbolgs.
In retail you were able to farm reputation with Timbermaw Hold for your twinks to get Furlbog Medecine Pouch. The way to do this was by having your twink in ghostform and following a high level character in the same party and when the high level character killed a mob that gives reputation the twink should also get reputation. In this case i'm not getting any reputation either in ghost form or "alive form". Also my high level character is getting half the reputation when i'm in group with my twink.
