Illidan's demon phase #3865

Current: You can put Curse of tongues (ID: 11719) on Illidan and slow his casts

Desired: His casts shouldn't be affected by COT.

Hey, Nzzoth, issue is not that Illidan is affected by curse of tongues, issue is that Illidan doesn't attack at all during demon phase if he has CoT on himself. Basically what happens is, he starts casting his shadow blast and just before attack occurs he starts casting it all over again without actually attacking (I'm not talking about his AoE blast ofc. only about his single target ability). You will see that Illidan switches target due to overaggro and that he's not oneshotting them like he's supposed to do. This way you lose point of having warlock tank and make this whole fight much easier than it's supposed to be. You don't have to watch for aggro, you can just nuke him. Even melees can DPS which shouldn't be the case.

Fixed, made that Illidan Stormrage can not be affected by Curse of Tongue spell haste aura
