Songflower Serenade The buff currently can be obtained by players of level 70, when on retail it had a level limit of 64. http://www.wowhead.com/object=164882/cleansed-songflower#comments:id=17983:reply=15631

Another issue is that there is a flower object permanently in the "cleansed" state, which allows players to obtain the buff at any time, without performing the necessary quest. This flower object can be located around this location in Felwood.

I know that Feenix stuff wants everything to be Blizzlike as possible but, if they don't know how to resolve this issue to be Blizzlike, I think that this flower should be removed from Felwood completely (same goes with Silithyst) since there's no point of having it during lvling because of 14x XP rate.
