Change instagram web URL to API #138

Hello Please use Instagram mobile API instead of web request: The mobile API URL is like this: https://i.instagram.com/api/v1/accounts/create/

@yekayee They use this API, but it's not for user create: https://github.com/ping/instagram_private_api I know it is possible to use mobile API, and it is better than use selenium.
