希望支持设置https 类型的代理 #1044

使用spdy 
代理服务器，加密，速度快，不需要其它客户端软件，
但是switchysharp 不支持直接设置，只能用pac 文件导入．
就是pac 里的 return https proxy.net:4430;
这个希望可以直接设置．

此功能在 SwitchyOmega 2.0 中已经实现。如非特殊情况，1.x 
版本将不再更新，请您耐心 2.0 
版本经过测试后发布稳定版。如果您非常需要这项功能，或��
