New ventura issue #399

Updated to las macos ventura 13.5.2 sketchybar blinking when I'm changing focused display and repeatedly asking about screen record permission. I'm already allowed it but it's still asking and asking ps. not only sketchybar but another stuff going crazy, skhd for example

it's looks like after full disabling and full uninstall and cache cleaning it's working, for now at least
