Registration Form on Initial Login #24

When the user first login after being email-verified, they should only be greeted with the profile page. Basically if they are email verified and have not sent in their "application/profile" they cannot do anything else unless they complete the profile. The title should also be changed to "Registration" instead of Profile during this state
