Add Skills on Edit Profile broken

When a logged-in user adds a skill while editing the profile, the web-app crashes and gives an error:

Error: Objects are not valid as a React child (found: object with keys {errors}). If you meant to render a collection of children, use an array instead.

Steps to reproduce the bug:

1. Login
2. Go to profile
3. Click on the edit icon of Skills section
4. Choose any skill from the dropdown
5. Click add skill
