Job Search sometimes is stuck on "Processing" when logged in until refresh #152

Calling /Profile from a non JobSeeker profile was breaking in the backend. Fix stops it from being called as a non JobSeeker in the front end, #161 addresses backend sending error message if called as a non JobSeeker.
