add ++ and -- helpers for cue commands #15

Like this:

(cue 1 sliderLevel 0 ++0.2)

to bump the current level up 0.2

from my perspective, this is valuable for all numerical values of a cue (prewait, postwait, duration, all geometry, all levels).

the rationale behind it comes from a designer calling adjustments to an assistant: "bump that up by 2 db." or "spin that image ccw by 2 degrees"
