chrome not being listed #1639

Summary

Chrome is not outputting any sound and it is just this application that is not being registered with Eartrumpet

Steps to reproduce

nothing but to have chrome to not work with Eartrumpet

EarTrumpet version

2.3.0.0

Windows version

10.19045.5131
