Small issues with getting the Java example to run #7

The Makefile apps/cmdline/project/unix/Makefile.java contains a platform-specific path /usr/lib/jvm/java-6-openjdk/include. (I've changed it to /usr/lib/jvm/default-java/include to get the build to succeed.)

The so- and java- files mentioned in apps/cmdline/java/readme.html do not exist.

Even though my dev machine didn't have default-java, I think it better to use it overall. Sadly I'm not aware of same good solution for Windows. Files adjusted.
