.net version hardcoded in include.ps1 #1154

At the moment .net version is hardcoded in https://github.com/FirebirdSQL/NETProvider/blob/master/include.ps1 that can prevent from prepareing multitarget version of projects,

Not true. Provider(s) are using multi-targeting. This hardcoded version is used for test (and few other) projects.
