Increase Flutter support and flutter_lints #1

This PR updates Flutter compatibility to accept current versions (3.16) and adds the recommend flutter_lints. The theme is also updated to Material 3 (useMaterial3), so I increased the version to 3.0.0.

And thanks for the theme, this is a great color scheme that I used years ago for demos :)
