members as markdown files - initial members #25

This PR transitions a static list of members into a list of markdown files, with the following structure:

---
name:
link:
active:
imageName:
---

A short bio ...

This is how we'll track project committee members; and it also lets us view them on the website, thanks to https://github.com/FixPlanet/FixPlanet.github.io/issues/15.
