VMware Environment Setup and Running #10

Done a few weeks ago but the environment is setup. As of right now its a windows 10 machine, ubuntu machine for the flag holders. One attack ubuntu machine as I'm used to that for ethical hacking.

Security Onion may have some difficulty for my originally audience as its 200gb at least to install and is on its own network

Ubuntu and Security Onion engine will be deleted and the attack and defend VMs will still be running to match the original vision.
