Login at OS user as a DAO #122

Purpose

Work collaboratively, have the DAO's own workplace with its background, desktop icons and file storage

How it would work

No need for Agent voting to login as a DAO. It will be a watch/view-only mode.

It will display the DAO's avatar (ENS), name, tokens and other info as it does for a regular user (also in Floflis Central).

Performing actions, such as sending assets, will require to open Frame wallet and will start a DAO voting.
