website - Fedex gateway configuration and its gateway integration #166

SUMMARY:

Functionality to get shipping rates and integrate it to the website. It should get shipping rates and method for all states and city. As admin, I should be able to add / disable shipping gateways (FEDEX only)

Prerequisite:

-Functionality must be working.

User Story Description:

As a <customer>, i need a <contact us component> so that i can easily drag and build contact us page.
