A daily standup, also known as a daily scrum, is a short and focused team meeting held at the beginning of each workday. It follows a structured format where team members provide updates on their progress since the last standup, share their plans for the day, and communicate any obstacles or impediments they are facing. The standup promotes transparency, collaboration, and coordination within the team, allowing members to stay updated on each other's work, identify dependencies, and offer assistance. With a time-boxed duration, typically 15 minutes, the daily standup serves as a crucial tool for improving team coordination, maintaining alignment, and ensuring continuous progress towards project goals in an agile work environment. Key questions to ask:

  1. What did I accomplish yesterday? Team members share the tasks or goals they completed the previous day, highlighting any achievements or challenges faced.
  2. What am I planning to do today? Each team member briefly outlines the tasks or goals they intend to work on during the current day.
  3. Are there any obstacles or impediments in my way? Team members communicate any issues or roadblocks they are facing that could hinder progress or require assistance.

I will do daily standups meetings with all the teams that are in Oktopod. Standup meeting will be held only for 15 minuets and ask for the their progress of the day. The Daily standup meetings will be effective to track the progress of teams' project.
