Publishing on CTAN requires the documentation be presented as a PDF and in a specific format. Rather than duplicating content between a README and a new PDF, I figured it would be easier to standardise on one.

[x] Create automated build scripts
[x] Update the README, close the wiki
[x] Update CONTRIBUTING
