Snomed cross-references #118

https://www.hl7.org/fhir/valueset-food-type.html is a list of Snomed entities for food. FoodOn should create the dbXref mapping.

Note there are probably new food terms in SNOMED list that foodon should have, like "colostrum". This could be a job for LexMapr to return the IDS of SNOMED terms, but Tome Evtimov and his group at IJS may have already done the SNOMED FoodOn mapping.
