The Forecast Continued page is using the same background colour as the main city observation/forecast page, but really ought to be cycling to the next colour when it is displayed.
There were occasions when the same background colour was shown for two pages in a row (due to some unknown technical reason), but it's supposed to alternate between red and blue each time the screen changes.
