Summary: Lakeview manor construction (breaking)
Details: While the miscellaneous quest updates correctly with the drafting table, placing the outline of the small house does no such thing and does not proceed the quest in any form. Building parts of the house can be done, but does nothing save for the Apiaries and the Road (from what I can see visibly.) Reloading ANY save with the current game (its probably stored in memory in some way) will cause a partially unloaded small house to appear regardless of actual quest progress or build progress. Clues from old threads seem to think it's related to flora or fauna spawn in some manner, but I could not find an answer. Forcibly setting stages does nothing obviously due to the underlying mechanics of hearthfire. I have already built the other two hearthfire homes to completion without issue.
Steps to reproduce: Try to build lakeview. Has anyone else successfully built lakeview with the current version?
