Custom tags/filters for alarm organisation

Feature description

With this, we will be able to create tags and attch them to certain alarms.

Possible implementation:

1. Tags with alarms will be shown as a horizontally scrollable menu. Users can select multiple tags/filters as to be shown at once by selecting/deselecting them by tapping on them or just show all (would be the first default tag).
2. Or it could be shown in the current "sort by" menu with a new section for tags. It could be check list style with an option to create new tags at the top/bottom and a delete button next to them

Functionality of the filters/tags:

1. Long pressing on the filter could give the option to disblae all alarms in that filter (with sub option to disable it just for today)

Why do you want this feature?

What this does:

1. Improve alarm organisation: Let's people understand/remember which alarm was set for what purpose to a broader degree compared to labs
2. Ease of use: If you usually need a group of alarms for something, but don't need to for the current day this allows you to turn off a bunch of alarms at once easily
