Icons: temporary account filter not visible in favor of settings

Steps to reproduce the bug

A precise description of the previous steps is not possible at present. As I have not yet been able to reproduce the circumstances of the phenomenon.

Expected behavior

The filter by account should always be displayed.

Actual behavior

The settings icon is sometimes displayed instead of the filter icon.

Additional information

It is not absolutely necessary to display the settings icon, as the settings can be accessed at any time via the menu.

If further findings, clues or indications arise from observations, I will add them in the further course of the ticket.

I have encountered this issue with the contacts app too. This occurs after a screen rotation:

"Normal" search bar (the one you see in the contacts tab): The search bar after a screen rotation: The search bar after a second screen rotation: Switching to another tab fixes the problem.
