Upgrade to 0.16 loses manual repoll of nagios #167

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. firefox 3.6.13
2. right click on the N nagios logo.
3. no option to poll/update the display manually

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected to see a "refresh display" or whatever menu item existed in the 
propr nagios checker version that I am almost positive had a manual poll option.

What version of the product are you using (Nagios Checker and Nagios)? On what 
operating system?

Nagios check 0.16 on windows XP sp3; nagios 2.12 centos linux 5.5

Please provide any additional information below.

And about 2 years later the same issue on a Windows 7 64Bit machine with 
Firefox 18.0.2 and Nagioschecker 0.16.
