Add a small delay before switching server? #6

I often get this error when switching server https://github.com/PaperMC/Velocity/issues/1272 I don't know if adding a tiny delay helps or if the problem is caused by Forge Client Reset Packet

It can be related to advanced portals, I made a similar plugin and it works perfectly!
