Feature Request: Allow OPML to be a URL #566

It would be convenient if, as part of the OPML Import, I could specify a URL that has the OPML file. I could then trigger a manual rebuild of my feed from that OPML file.

This is my holy grail feature. No more need to back up the feed list.

An alternative idea: keep the feed list in permanently up-to-date OPML file. This could then be synced using another tool.

Either solution could work fine.
