Add brand guidelines to handbook and provide a downloadable logo kit. #196

Added a page for FreeCAD brand guidelines based on the resources provided by the new logo guidelines. Moved the guidelines folder into the logos folder to be at a single place. Added the original source files for the creation of the logo. @chennes FYI
