Wow that's great. I'm skeptical of solutions that don't cause headaches. I think that a Social Insurance Specialist or whatever its equivalent in Belgium should be consulted and a certain fee should be allocated for this, at least for the first time. As an association, it would not be nice to face a small or big penalty. In these cases, there are generally no minor penalties.
Of course, this needs further research and probably some outsourcing. But this is just a first research to see what would be needed to get us there.
