[improvement]: Advise to disable PHP Console before backing up #487

Improvement Description

Could you add a line about disabling PHP Console in v16 before backing up to restore to 17. If you don't disable it you end up with an unusable web interface

Hi @mavhc can you please explain bit more about the issue ?

1) Disable PHP console means ? 2) What kind of error you are seeing in 17 ?

We are doing normal backup in 16 and restoring in 17 without any issue as such.

In Settings>Advanced Settings>System Setup there's an option PHP Console, with that enabled in 16 before my backup caused my restore of the 16 backup to 17 fresh install caused errors to appear in the web interface, sorry, don't have a record of them any more
