Issue Description

There seems to be an issue with Endpoint Manager and FreePBX 17 when dealing with Sangoma S500 phones and setting the default background for the devices. I am able to provision the phones without issue, however, I am unable to upload new wallpaper to have my phones show a company logo for example. No matter if I use JPG, GIF, or PNG, the image will not display. The GIF for example is 480x320 as required and only 7K in size. I've deleted the images numerous time, created a new template, factory reset the phones, etc. and nothing will get it to apply. I am running firmware package 1.69 on the phones currently which I believe is the latest as no others are available.

Operating Environment

Debian 12.7 fully patched and FreePBX 17, all modules up to date

I've tried HTTPS, HTTP and TFTP provisioning as well. I do see where the config XML is changing based on the option that is being chosen but regardless of method, the image does not apply. This was not an issue in FreePBX 16.

This is not an issue... turned out HTTPS was not working correctly and not pulling the image.
