Vino, While you are working on this part of the website, I would be interested in a statistic on how many transcribers are actually Active, not just marked as Active. That means that they have uploaded a batch within say the last four weeks. Every UserID has a "Last uploaded date". I have spoken to Steve about this and he says that some transcribers take a long time to transcribe a batch so may not seem to be Active when they are, but something is better than nothing. It should average out over time. Thanks Eric
I go along with Eric D's suggestion, but would suggest 2 or even 3 months would be a reasonable timespan rather than 1 month, especially in the case of Spreadsheet transcribers
Yes, 3 months is best. I'm really looking to not include "Active" transcirbers who are really not doing anything.
Yes I agree with you. Its essential to make the stats be meaningful, rather that theoretical. The 3m is based on my own general average progress, which is a bit variable I know.

Yes, I think 3 months should catch 90+% of active transcribers. Note that I do have one transcriber who is still actively working on a batch that I assigned to her in July 2016 :-)
is it worth asking that the date (year) of latest upload be shown per Member? That should then confirm the "Who is doing what" question. - even if that item of data is not available to all and sundry.
I'm not sure that I would use that on a regular basis. The 3 month Active I will include in my monthly statistics and monitor the trend. SCs should be keeping eye on their transcribers and contact any who are struggling.
OK

Updated code changes in test3. But testing could be done when code moves to live
@PatReynolds : Code deployed to live. Ready for testing.
These percentages look odd:
For comparison, the corresponding figures in July 2021 were:
54% 38% 48%
These figures are generally moving up 0% to 2% a quarter.
