Part of #1969

Fixed all the linter errors in the file
Adjusted types in ability.ts

I also slightly modified the animation for Frogger Jump. Uncle Fungus will now face the direction of a hovered hex before it is clicked. No other animation changes were made, Uncle Fungus still faces the hopping direction when flying through the air.

@allmtz Did a bit of testing, pretty good overall, though one small glitch: when confirming the leap backwards, Uncle Fungus will first turn around to initial direction, then turn back again while leaping.

Merged it as it is and opened new issue for the visual glitch instead -> #2570; Cheers! 👍🏻
