MicrosoftSQL to Oracle - batch data load #146

  1. Have a MicrosoftSQL table with data
  2. Import data into Oracle table in batches.
  3. Set initial sync time to cache

This is to replicate initial sync of bigger data amounts.

Jefim has an example for this.
