Added an optional username colorization feature. #16

This feature allows users to see usernames in chat as colored according to a simple deterministic algorithm. Users can enable/disable the feature in the settings menu.

Toggling the feature will colorize/remove color from all usernames in the chat log.

This is based on an old version of the code. I'm working on updating it to @Frick's latest push.
