Can't use fishing on mount radial anymore

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Do 'set keybind to "start fishing" under any option in mount tab of the settings'
2. Then do 'use mount radial to start fishing like you would to mount up'
3. Bad stuff happens - fishing stick gets out then the red message pops up "You cannot perform this action while transformed or mounted". Where no action is trying to be performed? It should count as one button press.

I used to be able to set fishing keybind instead of skiff in the mount radial, because I use it more often than the skiff itself and I dont want another keybind to start fishing. I just want to have one radial menu having everything i actually use. This gets messed up with using a chair too, so i imagine the entire novelties category just doesnt work anymore on the mount radial.

If in the game settings the keybind for skiff is changed from ''start fishing'' to ''activate mastery" and that is set to start fishing manualy (right clicking on the option on the skillbar), there is still some second action that tried to happen. It brings up fishing rod but then tries to do something i didnt ask for and it brings up the red text and cooldown on the 1 skill on the skillbar.

Expected behavior Releasing the mount/dismount button that brings up the radial menu, when mouse cursor is over "skiff" icon should just start fishing - take out a fishing rod, just like using a keybind directly. It used to work...

if i bind "start fishing" to any other mount on the mount radial, it doesnt work either. like, what is it trying to do? it should only "press" buttons i asked it to.
