This bug seems to have been around for a long time, but nobody seems to have reported it, the other day I finally tracked down the bug in this extension.
When activating this extension the discussion listing for each user is broken and all discussions are displayed.
Here is an example from UPC Community, the user has technically only posted one discussion, but all the community discussions appear instead. You can experience this with any user.
