Option to show RankingPage-nav/IndexPage-nav in vertical (Flarum default style) #49

It would be nice to add an option to show RankingPage-nav/IndexPage-nav vertically as it is shown by default in Flarum, with too many elements it works worse horizontally and is not too intuitive.
