Goal

Get rid of custom bootstrap and backupGlobals

Acceptance criteria

[x] custom bootstrap is removed from Build/phpunit/UnitTests.xml
[x] backupGlobals is removed from Build/phpunit/UnitTests.xml
[x] Unittest are running
