Bring Z-Axis direction back to Vibrations Profile graph #137

The recent update to Shake&Tune removed the ability to choose the direction for vibration tests. Unfortunately, this change also eliminated the Z-axis vibration test option. As a user, I found the Z-axis test valuable for tuning TMC drivers to reduce noise during homing.

Additional context or information

I kindly request that the Z-axis vibration test be reinstated in Shake&Tune. This feature is essential for accurate calibration and optimal printer performance. Thank you for considering this enhancement!
