[BUG] update_winevulkan cause error on build Proton Wine Upstream #1088

Build Proton TKG using shell script and using a custom cfg with update_winevulkan="false" doesn't work, because for some whatever reason script try to apply winevulkan patch and this cause a conflicts. for some whatever reason update_winevulkan="false" is broken. others information: driver_wayland="true"
