Hi @chcg , thanks for your PR! Definitively want to bring in the CI builds. Unfortunately I am not as deep in this features yet. What I am trying to add is the following:

Add the PlantUML JAR to the final zip bundle
Add a sha256 file of the zip bundle parallel to the zip bundle

Do you also have a spontanous idea how to fix the things I've tried here already?
