Chrome freezes while using sendkeys() and selecting the drop downs using select class

Reproducible steps:
=============================
1. Navigate to monster hiring page(www.hiring.monster.com)
2. Navigate to standard job Ad product by using products menu
3. click on buy button at standard job Ad page
4. click in continue button on upsell page
5. click on checkout button in order summary page
6. Click on continue button on login page

Issue:
========================
While filling the account information form, chrome freezes and not responding 
to web driver.
we have tried several workouts but none of them worked

Environment:
==========================
Browser : chrome Version 43.0.2357.124 m
WebDriver Version : C# - 2.46.0
ChromeDriver Version : 2.16

This issue is not reproducible tested with 

ChromeDriver 2.16
Chrome:- (v 43.xx.)
Selenium:- 2.46 (java)

Unable to reproduce issue using latest chromedriver:2.16, chrome:v43. 

Please find sample code in comment #1 and let us know if you still facing the 
issue.
