Allow AR change (or set to 0) on taiko maps to avoid forced DT difficulties

AR change is not allowed so the trainer makes low BPM songs to use with DT when not needed

I just noticed how poorly worded the description was after so long.. I think I should apologize for it lol

I meant you should allow / lock the AR to 0 because if you speed up some maps slightly it will force a DT difficulty instead of a sped up version which results in lower quality audio
