Testing for it using https://tests.caniuse.com/native-filesystem-api seems too simple to graduate to full support and https://wpt.fyi/results/file-system-access?label=master&label=experimental&aligned&q=file%20system%20access seems still a bit too much partial…?

We improved our implementation of this API in Safari 15.4. Please test again.
