[Evaluations/Benchmarks] Citations, e.g. in form of a pdf should be attachable to benchmarks and evaluations #51

When someone uploads a sorting done with a published sorter, he should be able to add the corresponding citation as pdf to that evaluation. The same holds for benchmarks.

If we fear legal issues, like someone uploading an article that is not freely available, we should at least allow for links to be added.
