Add "/update-set" command #137

we also need an "/update-set" command to push manual set changes made in OpenSong to the website (to fix context and push to website without rebuildinig the entire set)

Completed. Added slash command and logic in mydiscord.py()

  1. mydiscord.py() - add "update-set" section
  2. maintainsong.py - add function "updateset(set_name"
