No scripture reference for sermon #186

New scenario encountered where Arthur did not provide a scripture reference for the sermon since he is using the same reference from the Scripture Reading for his Sermon Text. The current process fails with a catastrophic error even though this use case is intentional.

Options:

  1. Set a default scripture
  2. Include an error message indicating this is an error situation
